Voting Question: Stimulus Question?

I never received the first nor the second letter. I looked up on the web site when the date was and then that day passed several weeks. Finally found out what the deal was. The deal was because i didnt have the money to pay H&R block they took it right out of my taxes and under a provision dealing with the stimulus it said if this is done you will get a paper check. So here i am waiting for it due on the 6th i believe. Problem is what address do they go by? I havent changed my address at the post office, but figured hell i dont have to because well my taxes were filed and it said i lived where i do currently. Meaning when i filed taxes i put down where i live, but never did change of address. It was state to state i moved from omaha nebraska to council bluffs IA which is like 6 min drive.
